how do you unwind & recharge?
take in some magazines or a book..
take a nap?
or do you caffeinate and power through??
i am a big fan of naps..i often get laughed at when i speak of my love for naps..but it works for me it could be 20 mins- 1 hour..and i am refreshed, not slagging..i don't think a nap is an indulgence, its essential for me to function..and many Europeans agree! maybe i should move to where siestas are required?
