i got my hands on the latest Whole Living and i have to say i am pretty hooked!
they are doing this 4week/28day action plan to get fit, eat healthy, and detox your mind.
its laid out simply and organized...
what is really great is all the recipes, telling you calorie counts and has pretty images
(a must for me)
