kickin carbs...ugh

in an effort to DECREASE carbs i am actually doing some cooking!
i have tried to cut carbs and the only way to sustain it for a good while (if you are a carb addict like me) then you have to prep snacks + meals! cause when your hungry its too tempting to reach for that chip or cracker..
saw this and i made it from here its 100 calories! and honestly if i could make anything using my muffin tins i would, plus it was delicious!

and this month's issue of Whole Living has some really good recipes...lentil soup is delish!
